From August 25th to 27th, 2023, the Association of Industrial Park Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City conducted a survey trip to Dak Lak province to explore products, services, and connect with tours and tourist destinations. The delegation was led by Mr. Dao Xuan Duc, Chairman of the Association of Industrial Park Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City.
Over the course of three days, the delegation visited tourist attractions in the province such as: the World Coffee Museum, KoTam Community Ecotourism Area (Buon Ma Thuot City), Nam Truong Son Cocoa Farm (Krong Ana); surveyed historical sites such as the CADA plantation and visited coffee and durian orchards in Krong Pac district; experienced some tourism products such as: friendly elephant model, admiring ancient Lao houses in Buon Don, offering incense and visiting the Buon Ma Thuot Prison National Special Monument, cycling and experiencing rafting on the Serepok River…
As part of the program, on August 27th, in Krong Pac district, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DHTT&DL), in coordination with the Dak Lak Tourism Association and the People's Committee of Krong Pac district, organized a conference to introduce Dak Lak tourism products and services to businesses in the Ho Chi Minh City Industrial Park. Attending the conference were leaders from the Ho Chi Minh City Industrial Park Business Association, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; leaders from the District Party Committee and the People's Committee of Krong Pac district; and a large number of businesses, agricultural production cooperatives, OCOP product businesses, and tourism service points in the province.
This tourism product and service survey program will strengthen support for tourism service businesses in Dak Lak province to connect and cooperate with tourism service businesses in Ho Chi Minh City; thereby forming a link and cooperation for tourism development in particular and economic development in general between the two localities.
