DECISION BY THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THE CITY

Regarding the approval of the Article organizational and operational regulations

Association of Industrial Zone Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City.

CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THE CITY HO CHI MINH

  • Based on the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003; ;
  • Based on Decree No. 102/SL/L004 dated May 20, 1957, promulgating the Law regulating the right to establish associations, and Government Decree No. 88/2003/ND-CP dated July 30, 2003, regulating the organization, operation, and management of associations; ;
  • Based on Decision No. 2061/QD-UB dated June 2, 2003 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on allowing the establishment of the Association of Industrial Zone Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City; ;
  • According to the minutes of the founding congress of the Association of Industrial Zone Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City on September 13, 2003; ;
  • Considering the proposal dated September 15, 2003, from Mr. Tran Thien Tu, Head of the Steering Committee for the Establishment of the Association of Industrial Zone Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City; the proposal from the Head of the Management Board of Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks of Ho Chi Minh City in Official Letter No. 1734/CV-BQLKCNHCM dated October 29, 2003; and the proposal from the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City in Submission No. 10/TTr-SNV dated January 13, 2004; ;

DECISION

Article 1. – The Charter on the organization and operation of the Association of Industrial Zone Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City is hereby approved and attached to this Decision.

Article 2. This decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. – The Chief of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, the Head of the Management Board of Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks of Ho Chi Minh City, the Directors of relevant departments and agencies, and the President of the Association of Industrial Park Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City are responsible for implementing this decision.
