To facilitate linkages among members of the Ho Chi Minh City Industrial Park Business Association (HBA), strengthen relationships between businesses and the semi-public College of Technology and Business Administration (CTIM College) to develop joint training programs for human resources in Ho Chi Minh City's Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks; support more effective internship and job placement for students; introduce CTIM College's training capabilities to businesses to build practical joint training programs for key industries; and create opportunities for faculty, staff, and representatives from infrastructure development companies in Ho Chi Minh City's Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks, as well as business representatives, to exchange experiences in training and utilizing human resources.
On December 16, 2022, HBA launched a plan to organize a cooperation signing conference between CTIM College and infrastructure development companies in Ho Chi Minh City's export processing zones and industrial parks to connect HBA members for mutual support and development.
CTIM College was established on August 11, 1999, at 15 Tran Van Tra Street, Southern New Urban Area, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. It is under the management of the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks Management Board (HEPZA), with the mission of training human resources for businesses in export processing zones and industrial parks in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas.
During the conference, CTIM College will sign a Memorandum of Cooperation with 12 infrastructure development companies in Ho Chi Minh City's export processing zones and industrial parks regarding joint training, vocational training for workers, recruitment of graduates, and internship placements for students according to business needs.
