Ho Chi Minh City, December 2025 – The 4th Vietnam International Elevator Expo (Vietnam Elevator Expo 2025) will officially open on December 4th, 2025 at Hall B – Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Organized by VINEXAD in collaboration with the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA), this event continues to affirm its role as an important trade forum for the elevator and escalator industry in Vietnam, attracting significant interest from investors, contractors, real estate developers, and technology manufacturers.
The Vietnam Elevator Expo 2025 takes place against the backdrop of a strong recovery in the real estate and public investment markets. Key projects such as Phase 1 of Long Thanh International Airport, three metro lines in Ho Chi Minh City, new urban railway lines in Hanoi, and a series of large-scale urban and commercial projects are being accelerated, creating significant demand for high-capacity elevator and escalator systems that are durable and meet national safety standards. This is considered a new growth cycle for the elevator market, opening up great opportunities for domestic and foreign businesses.

Vietnam Elevator Expo 2025 will feature two prominent professional activities aimed at enhancing accessibility and updating technology trends for the business community. The first activity is a presentation of the “Bluekit – Natural Ventilation System for Elevator Shafts” solution by D+H Group from Germany. The program, held on the morning of December 4th, will focus on solutions that optimize air circulation in elevator shafts, reducing energy consumption, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring safety in high-rise buildings. D+H Group is currently considered one of the leading companies in Europe in natural ventilation and smoke control technology, aligning with the greening and energy-saving trends in modern construction.
The second activity was the International Seminar “Consultation on the Draft National Standard for the Vietnamese Elevator Industry (TCVN)”, held on the same day with the participation of the TCVN/TC178 Technical Committee, the Korea Elevator Safety Authority (KoELSA), the China Elevator Association (CEA), and the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA). This was an important dialogue forum between the national standards agency and the business community to exchange views on the new points of the draft standard, and to update on operational trends and safety management according to international standards. In the context of the rapidly increasing demand for elevators in high-rise buildings, apartments, hotels, and new urban areas, completing the national standards system will contribute to improving the quality of equipment installed in Vietnam as well as enhancing user safety.
