Congress

The highest governing body of the Association is the General Assembly, either a regular or extraordinary session.

Executive Committee

Managing the organization's operations

Standing Committee

Assist the Executive Committee in implementing activities.

Inspection Committee

Inspect and monitor activities, and review and handle applications, letters, feedback, suggestions, disputes, complaints, and denunciations from organizations, members, and citizens involved.

Operating principles

Voluntary, self-governing

The Association of Industrial Park Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was formed on the basis of voluntary establishment by enterprises of various economic sectors operating in the Export Processing Zones, Industrial Parks, and High-Tech Zones of Ho Chi Minh City (hereinafter referred to as Industrial Parks); and by organizations and individuals in fields directly related to the activities of enterprises in the Export Processing Zones, Industrial Parks, and High-Tech Zones of Ho Chi Minh City. The Association operates on a self-governing mechanism, proactively developing its operational plan, organizational structure, and operating regulations in accordance with its objectives, principles, and practical conditions.

Democracy, equality, openness, transparency

The association operates on democratic principles; important policies, directions, and decisions are discussed, consulted, and approved within the authority of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and General Assembly as stipulated. All members are treated equally in terms of rights and obligations according to the Charter, and the results of activities are publicly and transparently disclosed as prescribed.

Self-financing

The association proactively builds financial resources to ensure regular operations and implement programs serving its members. Funding is generated from member fees and revenue-generating activities from business and services in accordance with the law.

Non-profit

The Association operates for the common good of the business community in industrial zones and for sustainable development. All revenue (if any) is used to serve the activities and objectives of the Association; no profits are distributed.

Adhere to the Constitution, laws, and the Association's Charter.

All activities of the Association comply with Vietnamese law and the organization's charter.
